This semester we will cover a bewildering variety of topics, old and new, related to the Physics and Material Science of semiconductor nanostructures. These topics are necessary to understand fundamental processes and modern technologies. The course may stretch your limits at times. But if you share my excitement for learning and put in the effort, you will come out at the end more knowledgeable, smarter, and maybe even wiser.
