Our group's research focuses on the fabrication of nanometer-scale devices and the measurement of their electronic and magnetic properties, usually at low temperatures.
Our primary research areas include:
- topological superconductivity
- electrostatic control of magnetization in magnetic semiconductors
- low dimensional electron and hole gases
- mesoscopic phenomena
- spintronics
- new nanofabrication techniques
Our group closely collaborates with the groups of Gabor Chathy, Michael Manfra, Yong Chen and Yuli Lyanda-Geller
